How do I receive my digital product?: After successful checkout, eligible digital products are delivered through the download or access method specified for that product. Access may be provided in the order confirmation, customer account, or a related delivery message depending on the delivery service used.
What if I cannot access my purchase?: Check your order confirmation and related email folders first. If access is still unavailable, email digikreatorstudio@gmail.com with your order number.
What file formats are included?: File formats vary by product. Please rely on the specific product page and included START-HERE instructions for the exact formats and access requirements.

What payment methods do you accept?: The payment methods available for your order are shown directly at checkout.
Is checkout secure?: Checkout is provided through Shopify and connected payment services. Payment information is processed by the applicable payment provider.

Do you offer refunds?: Digital purchases are generally final once access or delivery has been provided, except for eligible technical issues, duplicate charges, or where required by applicable law. Please read our Refund Policy.

Can I use products commercially?: The Standard Customer Licence allows permitted personal and business/commercial use for your own work. Check the specific product page and Licence & Usage Rights for details.
Can I resell DigiKreator Studio products?: Not by default. Raw resale, PLR and MRR rights apply only when a product explicitly includes a separate licence granting those rights.
What about Canva resources?: Any Canva-based resource must be used according to both the product licence and Canva's applicable terms. Raw template links or third-party assets must not be redistributed unless the applicable licence expressly permits it.

How does the affiliate program work?: Approved affiliates receive referral tools and may earn commission on eligible verified sales according to the current affiliate terms. Learn more →
Does affiliate status give resale rights?: No. Affiliate rights are promotional rights only and do not transfer product ownership, PLR, MRR or resale rights.
