📜 Licence & Usage Rights
At DigiKreator Studio, we believe in complete transparency about what you can and cannot do with our digital products. Please read this page carefully before purchasing.
✅ Standard Customer Licence
Every DigiKreator Studio product purchase includes our Standard Customer Licence by default.
What you CAN do:
- Download and use the product for your own personal use
- Use the product for your own business or clients (commercial use)
- Edit and customise templates for your own projects
- Use AI prompts, captions, scripts, and calendars for your own content creation
What you CANNOT do without a specific licence:
- ❌ Resell, redistribute, or share the original product files with others
- ❌ Claim the product as your own original creation
- ❌ Sublicense the product to third parties
- ❌ Use the product as a template to sell to multiple clients as-is
- ❌ Transfer PLR, MRR, or resale rights to anyone else
📄 Affiliate Licence
As a DigiKreator Studio affiliate, you have permission to:
- Promote DigiKreator Studio products using your affiliate link
- Use approved marketing assets provided in the affiliate dashboard
- Earn commission on referred sales
Affiliate status does NOT grant resale rights, PLR rights, or product ownership.
📅 Resell Rights / MRR / PLR Licences
Resell Rights (Master Resell Rights / Private Label Rights) are NOT included with standard purchases.
If a product includes Resell Rights, it will be clearly stated on the product page and will come with a separate dedicated licence document.
Resell licences are only available for products that DigiKreator Studio has specifically created and owns outright. We never grant PLR/MRR/resale rights over third-party assets unless their original licence explicitly permits it.
🎨 Canva Templates
Canva templates included in our products are subject to both DigiKreator Studio's licence and Canva's own Terms of Service and Content Licence Agreement.
- You may edit and use Canva templates for your own projects
- You may not redistribute raw Canva template links to others
- Commercial use is permitted within Canva's guidelines
