DigiKreator Studio sells digital products. No physical item is shipped unless a product page explicitly states otherwise.
How Access Works
- Complete checkout for the selected product.
- After successful payment or completion of the applicable free-access flow, follow the download/access instructions provided for that product.
- Depending on the product and delivery service, access may be shown in your order confirmation, customer account, or a separate delivery message.
- Save your purchased files in a secure location after receiving access.
Delivery Support
If you do not receive or cannot open the access method shown for your order, first check the order confirmation and any related email folders. Then contact digikreatorstudio@gmail.com with your order number.
Re-Access
Re-download or re-access availability depends on the delivery method used for the product. If you lose access to an eligible purchase, contact support and we will help verify the order and available recovery options.
Digital-Only Orders
Digital products do not require courier shipping or physical tracking.
