These Affiliate Terms govern your participation in the DigiKreator Studio Affiliate/Partner Program.

1. Eligibility

Anyone can apply to become a DigiKreator Studio affiliate. We reserve the right to approve or reject applications at our discretion.

2. Commission Structure

• Affiliates earn commission on eligible sales referred through their unique affiliate link.
• Commission rates are communicated upon approval and may change with notice.
• Commissions are only paid on completed, non-refunded sales.

3. Promotional Guidelines

• Affiliates must not use misleading, false, or deceptive marketing practices.
• Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship as required by law.
• Spam, unsolicited emails, or black-hat marketing methods are strictly prohibited.

4. Payment

• Commissions are paid once a minimum threshold is reached.
• Payment details will be shared upon affiliate approval.

5. Termination

DigiKreator Studio reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account that violates these terms.
